South Park is a 25-acre park that offers many options for family recreation. Aside from being the location for many of the Town’s special events, the park offers two illuminated and fenced-in softball fields, an illuminated and fenced-in baseball field, a batting cage, two separate playgrounds for the kids, a .36-mile walking/jogging track, a large multipurpose/soccer field, a picnic shelter, and it is a trailhead for the Jeff Wells Trail.
