1. Are there any facilities available for rent?: Yes, the department has several spaces available for rent including picnic shelters, meeting rooms, baseball fields, and others. For more information, visit

2. Do you have to be a Fuquay-Varina resident to participate in Community Center programs?: No, all programs are open to anyone in the area. Different fees apply for residents and non-residents. See Parks & Recreation Fees.

5. How do I register for one of your programs?: Registration can be done in person at the Community Center or online.

6. What are the Community Center hours?: Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and all town observed holidays.

7. Where is the main office located?: We are located in the Community Center at 820 S Main Street (US 401) in Fuquay-Varina. This is approximately 1 mile south of downtown Fuquay-Varina at the intersection with Judd Parkway.

8. What time do parks open and close?: All parks are open from dawn to dusk except for approved programming under light. The Splash Pad is open from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
