Wake Helps Program

Wake Helps

Wake County has launched #WakeHELPS—a program that will help you pay back what you owe.  How does it work? Residents can submit a combination of delinquent bills from electric, natural gas, water, wastewater and solid waste services providers. Using $5 million in CARES Act funding, the county will send payment—up to $500 total per household—directly to those providers.

To qualify, you must be a Wake County resident, have suffered financially from COVID-19 and be able to submit any delinquent utility bills from March 1, 2020 to present.
Get all the details at wakegov.com/wakehelps or call 919.212.0476.
