Solo and Group Exhibition Proposals at the Fuquay-Varina Arts Center
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting your work with the Fuquay-Varina Arts Center!
The Arts Center has one exhibition space that we curate to showcase artists. Visual artists may submit proposals for exhibition throughout the year. Submissions must contain a minimum of 8 digital images, artist resume, and an exhibition proposal or statement of purpose. Our exhibits last @6 to 7 weeks, and typically open with a reception during a First Friday event on odd numbered months. There is no fee to submit your work for consideration.
Sales: Artists may sell work while on exhibit at this venue, but sales are not guaranteed. Transactions take place directly between the artist and the buyer; the Arts Center does not retain a commission. All art work must remain on exhibit for the duration of the show.
Specs: We can accommodate work that is 2D and exhibition ready:
Paintings on canvas should be wired (no sawtooth hangers)
Prints should be matted, framed and wired (no sawtooth hangers)
Any size work on canvas up to 48" x 60" is welcomed.
All work must be of a size which can be accommodated by wall display—there is no floor space available for exhibition use

Call for Artists, SE County Park, Wake County
Wake County seeks to commission a professional artist to create site-specific exterior art work to be placed at the new Southeast County Park currently being developed. The selected artist will contract directly with Wake County to successfully complete the full scope of the Project within the projected budgets and schedules.
