With unprecedented access, 93 Queen offers up a unique portrayal of a group of empowered women who are taking matters into their own hands to change their own community from within. There will be a question and answer session with film Director/Producer Paula Eiselt following the film screening. Free.

FVPD is working with area law enforcement agencies to raise funds for the NC Special Olympics in this year's Polar Plunge. "Come Dipping for a Reason" at the Harris Lake Dunkin' Dip for Special Olympics NC.

You can also sign up a team or donate! For more information, contact FVPD representatives Lt. Brett Walsh or Cpl. Cindy Perna.  FVPD participates in fundraising for the NC Special Olympics through various activities to include the NC Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics, t-shirt sales, and other activities. This is part of our ongoing effort to enhance the quality of life for all members of our community through positive community engagement efforts.

State of the Town Address

Come hear the annual State of the Town address on Mon., March 4 at 6:30 pm at Town Hall. Mayor John W. Byrne will highlight achievements from 2018 and discuss the Town’s strategic vision for the coming year. Not able to make the meeting? No worries.
