Arts Center

The Arts Center is a combination of renovated space and new construction, designed by Szostak Design, Inc. The renovated portion of the facility - which started its life as a Belk's department store - includes an art gallery, administrative offices, dance, painting, and digital studios, and four classrooms for a variety of visual and performing arts classes.

The Arts Center takes its role as a downtown destination seriously, and its staff programs a wide variety of visual and performing arts classes, in addition to changing the art in the Gallery on a regular basis.

The 294-seat theatre, complete with a technical booth and performance support spaces, offers an expansive programming menu including live theatre from community and professional troupes, concerts, recitals, and movies.

The Fuquay-Varina Arts Center officially opened on March 18, 2019. The Arts Center was a long-held dream for our community. Now, it's a reality. The facility is beautiful...bright, creative, and ready for you to experience!
