Fee: $75 for Residents, $105 for Non-residents Late fee of $10/residents and $15/non-residents applies after 5:00PM on January 29, 2022

The Town of Fuquay-Varina Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources department has partnered with, 2021 US LACROSSE (NC) High School Coach of The Year, Brad Wheeler to introduce its first ever, recreational lacrosse program. Brad currently serves as the Fuquay-Varina High School Head Coach and Barton College Bulldogs Assistant. Coach Wheeler brings years of experience growing the game in Fuquay-Varina with his Goblin Lacrosse youth organization and is recognized in the lacrosse community for development and success of players and teams under his care.

Combination of Olympic Style Lacrosse in SPEED Format. Internal League Play. Minimum Equipment required. (Stick and Mouthpiece ONLY)

Players will be trained in the Fundamentals of Lacrosse Skill and IQ in a fun, fast paced, fast break format. Rooted in box & field lacrosse that utilizes key attributes from basketball, soccer, hockey, and significantly reduces barriers to entry and makes sampling lacrosse simple. Sunday Sixes will help accelerate advanced lacrosse training and creates playing opportunities for players of all ages, sizes, and abilities. Players will receive roughly 90 minutes of games and instruction each Sunday.

Instruction will focus on lacrosse’s core fundamentals while raising the bar for diverse multi-sport athleticism. FVLAX Sunday Sixes is a true athletic developmental weapon. Prepare to become #Uncommon
