National Night Out

National Night Out is an annual event that culminates annually on the first Tuesday night in August. This free event enhances the relationship between the neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. It also provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

The Fuquay-Varina Police Department celebrates each year with an open house and celebration at the Fuquay-Varina Police Department from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Attendees will experience informative demonstrations, vehicle displays, food, fun, music, and an opportunity to meet employees of the Fuquay-Varina Police Department. We also partner with other law enforcement agencies, service agencies, and businesses to make this event a success in our Town. You can even visit with McGruff the Crime Dog character!

Together, we are making our community a safer, more caring place to live by participating in outreach initiatives like National Night Out in the Town of Fuquay-Varina.

National Night Out is a national community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships. To learn more about attending or how you can partner with the Fuquay-Varina Police Department, contact our Community Outreach Officer, Dan Look at dlook@fuquay-varina.org or call 919-552-3191.
