  • Conditions:

    • Fee simple property dedication along NC HWY 42 to the town for a gateway sign. The Approximate size of the property would be 20'x20'. 
    • No vinyl siding on the facade of the home with the exception of trim and windows. 
    • The use of garage doors with decorative trim/features. 
    • Anti-monotony provisions for house styles.
