  • Conditions: 

  • no mobile homes
  • environmentally sensitive areas including wetlands, flood plain, and buffers will be set aside as open space and not developed
  • single-family development will follow the Open Space Development option or Zero Lot Line Development standards.
  • A 15ft. opaque landscape buffer will be provided along the western and southern property lines of the Woodland Pointe Subdivision.
