Subdivision: Royal Creek

Construction of infrastructure is underway for Royal Creek Subdivision, located near the southeast corner of Lake Wheeler Road and Ten Ten Road. The RMU section of this form-based development features 12 single-family lots averaging 6,735 square feet and the NMU section features 44 single-family lots averaging 5,321 square feet and 109 townhome lots with 17.78 acres of open space on 67.7 acres.
