Subdivision: Meadow Bluffs

Construction of homes is underway for Meadow Bluffs Subdivision, located at 6021 Johnson Pond Road. Phases 1-2 of this open space development feature 58 single-family lots averaging 8,083 square feet and Phases 3-7 feature 180 single-family homes averaging 8,082 square feet with 35.15 acres of open space on 92.99 acres.
