Conditions:
The Town Board approved the Residential Medium Density Conditional Zoning District (RMD-CZD), with the following conditions regarding the use of the subject property:
- Single Family Detached Homes The petitioner is requesting the following conditions be made applicable to the site-specific standards of the subject property.
The Town Board approved the Residential Medium Density Conditional Zoning District (RMD-CZD), with the following conditions regarding the site-specific standards of the subject property:
- The land shall be developed as an Open Space Development in accordance with Part 9, Article F of the Land Development Ordinance.
- The density of the development shall be limited to 3.25 dwelling units per acre.
- Vinyl siding is not permitted; however, vinyl windows, decorative elements and trim are permitted.
- Garage doors shall have either windows, decorative details, or carriage style adornments.
- No home can be constructed with an exterior elevation (front facade) or color palette that is identical to the home on either side or directly across the street from it.
- Roofline: Roofline shall be broken up horizontally and vertically along the front facade, such that no roofline is in a single mass. No unit on either side or directly across the street shall have the same roofline.
- Glazing: Each unit shall have a front door with a minimum of 25% glazing, transom, and/or door sidelights.
