Halloween is around the corner. The Town does not have an ordinance regulating when or how Halloween is celebrated, though it should be legal, (i.e., no vandalism, etc.) and you should be courteous.  Have fun. Be safe. Use common sense. The CDC has guidelines which you may wish to take into consideration this year, given COVID.

Here are a few fun, family-events sponsored by the Town and Downtown Fuquay-Varina that are fall festive but include social distancing.

Halloween Scavenger Hunt in Downtown

Explore Downtown Fuquay-Varina with a Halloween themed scavenger hunt. Come dressed for Halloween and pick up your scavenger hunt card at the Fuquay-Varina Arts Center. Spell out the SPOOKY words and pick up your prize! Share your costumes and masks with #fvdowntown for a special prize. Clues will be in both the Fuquay and Varina districts. Fall Family Photo-Op

Come take a photo (or two or three) at this seasonal photo opportunity that will feature two areas ….  one a family friendly scene with fall decorations and the other a scary graveyard scene.
