Scheduled Board of Adjustment Public Meetings

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Fuquay-Varina, N.C., on Monday, March 12, 2007 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible in the Town Hall meeting room of the Town of Fuquay-Varina, to consider the following requests:

BA-02-07 Request by John & Nancy Harte for a special exception use to allow an auto detail shop in a Commercial Downtown (CD) zoning district. The property is located at 128 S. Fuquay Avenue, more particularly described as Wake PIN # 0656-97-8383. click here for map

BA-03-07 Request by Abiding Presence Lutheran Church for a special exception use to allow an expansion to the existing church in a Residential 20 zoning district. The property is located at 7300 Sunset Lake Road, more particularly described as Wake PIN # 0667-73-4312. click here for map

These requests are provided for by Section 9-4155 of the Code of the Town of Fuquay-Varina.

All interested persons will be heard.

These requests are subject to change due to the discussion, debate and possible objections at the public hearing.
