REZ-19-06 –Request by E.W. Williams Construction Co., to rezone 3.5 acres from Wake County Highway District (HD) and Industrial 2 (I-II) to Fuquay-Varina Commercial Highway (CH). The property is located at 8200 Fayetteville Road, more particularly described as 0689-86-1493

REZ-21-06 – Request by Mauldin-Watkins Surveying to rezone 0.54 acres from Residential 10 (R10) to Office & Institutional (O&I). The property is located at 503 S. Main Street, more particularly described as Wake PIN # 0656-95-6533
