Greenway Master Plan
Greenway Master Plan is adopted by the Town to provide designated areas to serve as greenways for public use and as an alternative means for pedestrians to travel in and around Fuquay-Varina without utilizing a vehicle. It is the intent of the Town to eventually have a network of greenways, which are identified on the Greenway Master Plan to connect destination points (such as parks, schools, public facilities, service areas) in different parts of the Town and adjacent communities such as Holly Springs and Garner. As development occurs, greenway easements are required based on the Master Plan to be dedicated to the Town so that greenway trails can be implemented at a future date determined by the Town.
