Collector Street Plan
Thoroughfare Collector Street Map is an adopted map by the Town that addresses thoroughfare collector streets, which serve to connect arterial, major and minor thoroughfares. Collector streets are intended to provide a grid or semi-grid pattern of roads to lessen congestion on specific roads, disburse traffic and provide multiple alternatives for the movement of traffic around and through the Town serving residential and nonresidential development. The streets identified on the Thoroughfare Collector Street Map are thoroughfare collectors with sixty (60) feet rights-of-way. The ThoroughfareCollector Street Map may be amended from time to time initiated by the Town or a private citizen. A specific schedule is followed and public hearing conducted before the Town adopts any changes to the Thoroughfare Collector Street Map.
