Park Information

Fuquay Mineral Spring Park - 105 West Spring St. (1 acre) In Downtown Fuquay-Varina.
Facilities: Picnic tables, footbridge, restored spring house, park benches, granite historical marker, and memorial brick path. This park is the site of the natural spring around which the Fuquay Springs community developed. Click here for more pictures of the park.

South Park - 900 South Main St. (25 acres)
Facilities: 2 Youth Softball/Baseball fields, 1 Adult Baseball field, 2 Multi-purpose fields, picnic shelter, 2 playgrounds, 2 charcoal grills, walking track, and restrooms. Next to the Fuquay-Varina Community Center. Click here for pictures.

Fuquay-Varina Community Center - 820 South Main St. Located next to South Park.
Facilities: Administrative offices, fitness room, gymnasium, 3 meeting/classrooms, 1 multi-purpose room.

Falcon Park - 611 East Academy St. (4 acres) Facilities: 1 youth baseball/softball field, picnic shelter, playground, charcoal grill area, concession stand, 1 sand volleyball court and W.O. Council gymnasium.

Action Park - 609 Wake Chapel Rd. (14 acres)
Facilities: 3 youth softball/baseball fields, 4 lighted tennis courts, playground and restrooms. Click here for pictures of Action Park.

Carroll Howard Johnson Environmental Education Park - 301 Wagstaff Rd. (27 acres)
Facilities: 1.5 - 2.0 miles of interpretive walking trails, overlooks, bridges, outdoor classroom, restrooms, picnic pavilion with tables. The Carroll Howard Johnson Environmental Education Park has nature trails and free teaching kits available for use. Lesson plans and supplies for grades K-12 are included in each kit and kits are available to be checked out from the community center. Click here for pictures of the park.

Ballentine School Park - 1651 N. McLaurin Lane (15 acres)
Facilities: 3 Youth Baseball/Softball fields, 1 multi-purpose field.

Library Park - 116 S. Aiken St. (1 acre)
Facilities: Picnic Shelter, playground area and charcoal grilling area. Located just behind the public library.

Honeycutt Road Park - 101 Fitness Drive (22 acres)
2 lighted soccer fields, 1 lighted multi-purpose field, 2 tennis courts, playground, concession stand with restrooms, 2 picnic shelters and walking track. Click here to see pictures of the park.

Kinton Soccer Field - 300 West Ransom St. (2 acres) Facilities: Soccer field.

Ransdell Soccer Field - 1501 Ideal Lane (4 acres) Facilities: Soccer field.

Fleming Loop Soccer Complex - 301 Fleming Loop Rd. (36 acres) Facilities: 8 Soccer fields
