REACH Aerobics (ages 18 & up)
This mid impact, cardio workout is appropriate for any fitness or ability level. Improve your agility and heart strength while burning calories and having fun. Registration is $36 for 6 classes. Classes meet Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30 until 7:30 pm.

This calm class is designed to help your focus, balance and muscle tone. REACH Nutrition for Women
A comprehensive course outlining healthy eating habits, positive lifestyle changes, tasty recipes and easy to use tips for losing weight. Registration is $21 for 3 classes. Classes meet Fridays from 10:45 until 11:30 am.

Tae Kwon Do (ages 6 & up)
Designed to teach traditional Tae Kwon Do. In addition to good exercise and self-defense, students learn perseverance and self-control. Class meets Tuesday & Thursday from 7:45-9:00pm. Fee is $30 for 4 classes.

Pilates Level I (ages 12 & up)
Beginning mat class introducing the principles of Pilates. Total body conditioning combining flexibility and strength; strengthens and lengthens, improves posture and works the core muscles. Sessions are 6 weeks and cost $36. Classes are on Tuesday from 6:30 until 7:30pm.

Gentle Yoga (ages 16 & up)
This yoga class is suitable for everyone, regardless of your level of strength or flexibility. Pranayama (breathing techniques), gentle asanas (yoga stretches) and conscious relaxation will be taught with a focus on restoring and revitalizing your body and bringing balance and inner peace to your life. While the poses will be modified according to individual need, participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. Please bring your mat, blanket or towel. Fee is $36 for 6 classes and meets on Mondays from 6:45 until 7:45pm.

Moderate Yoga (ages 16 & up)
This yoga class is for those who have some experience with and knowlege of basic Yoga techniques.While the poses will be modified according to individual need, participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. Please bring your mat, blanket or towel. Fee is $36 for 6 classes and meets on Thursdays from 6:30 until 7:30pm.

Beginner Bellydance (ages 15 & up)
Join us as we learn basic techniques and get a fun workout at the same time! Each class incudes a warmup and cooldown and teaches basic slow and fast dance movements that are the foundation of this dance form. No previous dance experience is necessary. Class meets on Wednesdays from 6:30 until 8:00pm. Fee is $54 for 10 classes.

Tai Chi for (ages 18 & up)
Tai Chi involves slow, non-impact movements that focus on muscle relaxation and skeletal alignment. Increases energy and improves the immune system. Sessions are 4 weeks and cost $24. Morning sessions are held on Mondays from 10am to 11am, and evening classes are on Mondays 6:00 to 7:00pm.

Introduction to Judo (ages 10 & up)
Designed to teach traditional Judo. No kicks or punches are taught, mostly throws, chokes, grappling and respect for others. Uniform and membership required for second 4 weeks which can be purchased from the instructor. Students should enroll with a partner of equal size, but it is not required. Fee is $72. Friday classes are from 7:00 - 8:30pm. Saturday classes are from 9:00 - 10:30am.
- Session I: Saturdays, May 3 - 24 and Fridays, May 30 - June 20
- Session II: Saturdays, May 31 - June 21 and Fridays, June 27 - July 25
- Session III: Saturdays June 28 - July 26 and Fridays August 1 - 22
Judo Training Time (ages 10 & up)
For belt holding Judo students or participants who have completed Introduction to Judo. Dojo etiquette and other key points of Kodakan Judo will be the emphasis. Students will train for competition and promotion. United States Judo Association membership will be required. Fee is $135. Classes meet Fridays, 7:30 - 9:00pm

Fitness Room (ages 16 & up)
A monthly pass allows you unlimited usage of the fitness equipment for the month during regular business hours. All enrollments begin and end on the first and last day of the month. *A parent or legal guardian who is a member must accompany anyone 16 or 17 years of age. The cost is $10 per month.

Beat the heat and walk in our air conditioned gym. Registration is free.

Open Gym
The Community Center offers open gym times for all ages. Open gym is free, but registration is required. Registration must be filled out at the Community Center. Participants under 18 must have their parent or guardian present in order to register. Children seven and under must be supervised by an adult. Be sure to check the monthly schedule for times.
