Facility Rental Information
Community Center Rentals
Crafts Area - 32 person maximum. $5 per hour.
Conference Room - (with kitchenette), 40 person maximum. $15 per hour.
Activity Room - 36 person maximum. $10 per hour.
Availability - Monday through Friday 8:00am-9:00pm, and Saturday 9:00pm-5:00pm.
Other Facility Rentals
Picnic Shelters - Falcon Park, South Park, Library Park and Carroll Howard Johnson Environmental Education Park - half day rentals. Picnic shelters are open to the public, but may be reserved for picnics. One shelter at each site. $20 per half day.
Ballfields - Falcon Park, Action Park, South Park, Honeycutt Road Park, Ballentine School Park. Rentals are $10 per hour. An extra $15 per hour for lights and $25 for field preperation.
Rental Policy
To rent our facilities one must live within the corporate limits of the Town of Fuquay-Varina. Residency must be verified at time of rental. Rentals may not be made more than 90 days in advance. Facility rental fees are non-refundable. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. The Community Center is a smoke-free building. Food and/or beverages are only allowed in approved areas. Business transactions for profit are not permitted on Town-owned or Town-leased property unless event is sponsored by the Town of Fuquay-Varina. Non-profit organizations must verify their status at time of rental.
