Contractor state license and town privilege license numbers are required.
e) Two (2) copies of the Plot Plan (See example for plot plans submittal)
f) Three (3) sets of Building Plans
Each set of plans must contain information as required by the Residential Plans Review Guide. At a minimum plans shall include but not be limited to:
1) A footing/foundation drawing
2) A floor plan for each floor
3) Elevation drawings
4) A section thru drawing
5) A structural design drawing
Each of these sheets shall contain enough detail to assure compliance with the codes. Additional sheets will be necessary to show details for building features such as chimneys, decks, dormers, bay windows and cantilevered sections or floors. Plans that do not include all of the above will not be reviewed until all required documentation is submitted.
All applications received are date stamped when submitted. Applications received after 2:00 p.m. will be stamped as received on the next working day. Applicants will be called when their permit is ready to be issued.
Applications requiring well and septic approval from the County require the county approvals submitted with the application prior to processing.
