| A | A residential accessory structure that does not exceed 12' in any dimension can be constructed without having to meet the residential building code requirements. A permit is required to approve the location for meeting the set backs of the zoning in which the structure is located. |

| A | The Town of Fuquay-Varina has a dedicated phone line used strictly for inspection requests. Requests called in prior to 4:00pm will be scheduled for the following working day. The telephone number for the inspection request line is (919) 552-1407. This works just like voice mail; you will need to leave your permit number, the type of inspection that you are requesting, and a contact phone number. |
