Common Plumbing Reinspections
Common reinspection items on plumbing field inspections:
1. Job not ready for inspections. Items from previous inspection have not been corrected.
2. Test leaks on drainage system and or water system.
3. Nail plates, where needed for the protection of pipes.
4. Plumbing not installed per plan in commercial buildings.
5. House locked at time of inspection.
6. Water has not been turned on for final inspection.
7. Sewer and or water connections not left open for final inspection.
8. Seal around all drains and pipes at wall and floor openings.
9. Proper grade on all drain lines.
10. Pipes not sleeved through the foundation walls.
11. Over notching and drilling of holes in structural wood.
