Our Goal:
The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing quality service in the areas of policies and procedures, benefits, compensation, employment, and training and development.
Our Vision:
The Human Resources Department strives to act as the employees' advocate and increase job satisfaction within the Town, while providing a professional and responsive service.
Our Functions:
*Developing policies and planning for the implementation of personnel practices with management and employees.

*Performance evaluations program
*Implementing and administering the Town's employee benefits
*Managing the recruitment and selection process for all departments
*Insuring the Town is in compliance with all employment and safety laws and regulations
*Implementing safety programs
*Monitoring the pay plan for each department and making recommendations to the Town Manager of any changes or revisions in the pay plan
*Maintaining all employee files and records
*Monitoring all worker's compensations claims
*Directing the employee recognition program
*Advising department heads and supervisors on discipline, grievance, and termination procedures
