| A | Water - 0 to 2000 Gallons is $9.10 per month. Water used over 2000 gallons is $4.25 per thousand gallons. Sewer - $10.50 fixed monthly charge and $4.15 per thousand gallons. Gallons for sewer based on 100% of total gallons of water used. |

| A | The Town Hall is located at the corner of Judd Parkway and Old Honeycutt Road. The physical address is 401 Old Honeycutt Road. |

| Q | How do I check for water leaks? |
|
| A | Cut off all of the water in the house and look at the water meter to see if it is still turning. Also check your toilet when you flush it to see if it continues to run. |

| Q | Can you adjust my utility bill if I have a leak? |
|
| A | The sewer portion of the bill may be adjusted if the water did not go through the sewer system. Customers should bring a detailed bill from a licensed plumber to Town Hall to apply for a sewer adjustment. Toilet leaks do not receive any adjustment. |

| Q | How do I set up utility service? |

| A | Customers must fill out an application and pay a $75 deposit. Applications can be downloaded from this site or picked up from Town Hall. |

| Q | How can I pay my bill? |

| A | Bills may be mailed to Town Hall; placed in the drop box located outside the drive-thru window; or hand delivered to Town Hall. The town also has bank draft capablity. Please call if you are interested. |

| Q | Does the Town accept check cards or credit cards? |

| A | Currently, the Town only accepts cash, personal checks or money orders. The Town is in the process of modifying its software to accept credit cards and check cards. Notices will be posted on the web and included with the utility bills when this service is available. |

| A | You need a business license if you own or operate a business in the City Limits of Fuquay Varina. Business license fees can be found in the download section of this website. |

| Q | How can I set up my account to be bank drafted each month? |
|
| A | You must fill out an application which is available on the website or at Town Hall and provide a voided check. |
