This webpage provides you information regarding Maps for Sale and our Free Online GIS Mapping Service for the Town of Fuquay-Varina, NC.
1. Pre-Made Maps for Sale ($$)
- Official Zoning Map
- Official Land Use Plan
- Official Thoroughfare Plan
- Water or Sewer Map
- Infrastructure Master Plan
Maps above are priced at $20 a piece and are available to be picked up immediately at Town Hall (401 Old Honeycutt Rd) at the front window.
For information regarding Zoning, Land Use, or the Thoroughfare maps, please contact Planning Department @ (919) 552-1429 or planning@fuquay-varina.org. For other maps, please contact the Engineering Department @ (919) 753-1039 or gis@fuquay-varina.org
2. Special Request Maps for Sale ($$)
Citizens can request special maps to be produced as well as the data downloaded on a CD.
You can place a map request either by sending an email to gis@fuquay-varina.org or visit the Town Hall at 401 Old Honeycutt Road. A requested map will be priced at $30 an hour, depending on the size and time it takes to be created. A CD of the data can also be requested at a price of $30.
3. Free GIS Mapping Service
We are offering a free service that provides basic data such as individual parcels, corporate (town) limits, streets, zoning, land use plans, transportation plan, contour lines and the FEMA flood plains AND now available, utilities (water, sewer, storm), subdivision As-Builts and photographs.
