A: Yes, you must test your back flow preventer annually. Download the Backflow Prevention Device Form here. Send completed form to cgrimes@fuquay-varina.org or fax to (919) 552-7481.
What should I do in a case of a water or sewer emergency or line break?
A: Report the incident immediately at 919-552-1404. If it is after hours or on a weekend or holiday, call 919-552-1400 to report the incident and they will contact the proper personnel.
