Practices begin March 12; Games begin March 28; Season ends early June
 
*All teams are assigned by the recreation department.  U4-U7 parents will receive their team assignments by March 4. 
 
U8-U15 Player Evaluations 
In an effort to provide more balanced teams, Fall Soccer players in the U8-U15 divisions will participate in a player evaluation on February 27 at Fleming Loop Soccer fields located at 301 Fleming Loop Rd in Fuquay-Varina.  At the player evaluations, a trained evaluator and staff will put players through a series of drills to determine the player's skill level.  The results of these evaluations are confidential and are not shared with the players, parents or coaches.  Players will need to arrive that their designated times (times will be posted online and emailed to parents), check in and go through the evaluation drill.  Players should wear t-shirt, shorts and athletic shoes/cleats and must wear shin guards with socks.  Bring water, sunscreen and bug spray.  Parents may want to bring a small folding chair for themselves and their player as they wait.  Once the player has completed the evaluation, they are free to leave.  Parents will recieve an email with their child's team assignment by March 4.

U4 & U5 Format
U4 & U5 soccer consists of 5 weeks of practices and 5 weeks of games.  All activites are held on Saturdays.All practices are pre-planned and provided to each coach prior to the start of the season.  Practices are between 30-45 minutes long on Saturday mornings between 10am and 1pm at Herbert Akins Elementary School located at 2255 herbert Akins Rd in Fuquay-Varina.  Players will need black shorts, shin guards, athletic shoes/molded cleats.  Parents are also encouraged to bring sunscreen, bug spray and small folding chairs for your player(s) and yourself.  No end of season tournment will be held.
 
U6 & U7 Format
U6 & U7 soccer players will follow a more traditional soccer season schedule.  This is still a beginner league and games and practices will be primarily centered around instruction and skill building.  No end of season tournment will be held.  U6 soccer is officiated by soccer coaches.  U7 soccer will have 1 trained official provided.

U8 - Ages 7, Co-ed

Coaches' Meetings will be March 10th 6:00pm at the Community Center
