Overview of the Town's Youth Sports Program
The Town of Fuquay-Varina is very proud of the accomplishments of our youth sports program which began in September of 2012! In the inaugural year of the Town’s youth sports program, the program has registered 2,732 children to play in a variety of sports offerings including baseball, cheerleading, dance troupe, flag football, soccer, softball, t-ball, tackle football, and volleyball. Just as impressive, more than 630 volunteers generously gave their time to coach these young folks and the town provided 168 scholarships so that every child wanting to play would have the opportunity to play.
Customer service surveys sent out to participants indicate that the majority of participants are very pleased with their youth sports experience through the Town’s programs. We thank you for helping to make the program a success and look forward to your continued participation and enthusiasm. Please let us know how we are doing by completing our Customer Service Survey.

Our program focuses on the whole child through positive coaching, teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, self-esteem, personal development, and socialization skills. Our goal is to provide recreational activities to enhance and build positive recreational experiences and healthy lifelong habits.
