The Fuquay-Varina Parks & Recreation Department offers a wide array of facilities for rental:
Community Center Rentals
Activity Room: 36 person maximum. Residents: $10 per hour. Non-Residents: $20 per hour.
Conference Room: (with kitchenette), 40 person maximum. Residents: $15 per hour. Non-Residents: $30 per hour.
Crafts Room: 32 person maximum. Residents: $10 per hour. Non-Residents: $20 per hour.
Picnic Shelter Rentals
Picnic Shelters are open for public use, but may be reserved for private picnics. Shelters are available at Carroll Howard Johnson Environmental Education Park, Falcon Park, Honeycutt Park, Library Park, and South Park.
Fees: Residents: $20 per four hours. Non-Residents: $40 for four hours.
Availability: Monday through Sunday 8:30am-dark
Athletic Fields
Athletic fields are available for rental on a limited basis. The following fees apply. Daylight hour rentals: Resident: $10 per hour; Non-resident: $20 per hour. Night hour rentals: Resident: $25 per hour; Non-resident: $50 per hour. There is an additional Field Preparation Charge of $25 per resident and $50 per non-resident for each use. Rental Policy
Residency must be verified at time of rental. Renters must be 18 at time of rental. Community Center Room Rentals may not be made in advance past the present programming cycle. Rental fees are non-refundable. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. The Community Center is a smoke-free building. Food and/or beverages are only allowed in approved areas. Business transactions for profit are not permitted on Town-owned or Town-leased property unless event is sponsored by the Town of Fuquay-Varina. Non-profit organizations must verify their status at time of rental.
