Commercial Plan Review
Submittal Fee is $150.00 and is non-refundable, but will be applied to reduce the permit fee by the same amount.

Homeowners Recovery Fee (State Mandated)
A fee of $10.00 for each new single family home constructed by a General Contractor will be collected per state requirements to fund the Homeowners Recovery Fee.
Refund Policy
A refund will be issued when requested minus a $50.00 processing fee for any permit, which has not expired, and the construction has not been started.
Penalty Fee for Failure to Obtain a Permit
The penalty fee for failure to obtain a permit shall be a fee of $100.00 per permit applicable for the type of construction work for the site in violation, regardless of whether or not that particular type of work has been started. All permits will be obtained at one time. This fee shall apply to licensed and unlicensed builders.
