The Town of Fuquay-Varina’s Human Resources Department is
responsible for recruiting and retaining high caliber staff members for
employment in all departments. We strive
to hire and retain knowledgeable, professional and courteous individuals so
that we may serve our citizens and visitors in the most efficient way
possible.
The Human Resources Department is also responsible for many other areas of service to employees including: compensation and benefits management, FMLA administration, Workers’ Compensation claims, adhering to state and federal legislation and the creation of personnel policies and procedure.
