A: The office is open from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.

A: Water – 0 to 1500 gallons is $9.55per month. Water used over 1500 gallons is $4.46 per thousand gallons. Sewer - $11.50 fixed monthly charge and $4.40 per thousand gallons. Gallons for sewer based on 100% of total gallons of water used.

A: The Town Hall is located at the corner of Judd Parkway and Old Honeycutt Road. The physical address is 401 Old Honeycutt Road.

A: Cut off all of the water in the house and look at the water meter to see if it is still turning. Also check your toilet when you flush it to see if it continues to run.

A: The sewer portion of the bill may be adjusted if the water did not go through the sewer system. Customers should bring a detailed bill from a licensed plumber to Town Hall to apply for a sewer adjustment. Toilet leaks do not receive any adjustment.

A: Complete an application which can be downloaded from this site (below) or picked up from Town Hall. If you are purchasing the residence, we will need a copy of the closing statement in order to waive the $75.00 deposit. If you are renting, you will be required to pay the $75.00 deposit.

Water, Sewer, and Sanitation Application

A: Pay in person at the collection window inside Town Hall or use the drive-thru. Both are located at 401 Old Honeycutt Road. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.—5 p.m. A utility bill drop box is located next to the drive-thru for times the office is not open.

Bank Draft Service automatically deducts the amount of your utility bill on the day before it is due each month from a checking or savings account. Sign up for Bank draft at www.Fuquay-Varina.org/eutilities

Mail a check or money order to 401 Old Honeycutt Road, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Credit Card: Pay online with a credit or debit card at www.Fuquay-Varina.org/eutilities. To pay by credit card at Town Hall, use the kiosk inside Town Hall at 401 Old Honeycutt Road located at the collection window. A small processing fee applies. The ability to use your credit card to pay for other Town services is coming soon.

A: View current water bill, account history, track water usage, sign-up to receive online bills and pay utility bills with credit and debit cards 24 hours a day using your computer. You will need your last name and account number to access the Town’s online eUtilities online tool at www.Fuquay-Varina.org/eutilities.

A: A business license is required if you own or operate a business in the City Limits of Fuquay Varina. Licenses are valid from July 1 thru June 30. Click the link below for a Business License Application and the associated Business Fees.

Mail or bring completed form with payment to 401 Old Honeycutt Road, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526. Contractors will need to include a copy of their state license.
