JULY PROGRAMS AT THE FUQUAY-VARINA COMMUNITY LIBRARY
The Summer Reading Program is still going strong! Join us for all the fun and excitement of summer reading, activities, and special guests for kids, teens and adults. 
 
Please note: The library will be closed on Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
 
YOUNG CHILD AND SCHOOL AGE SUMMER READING PROGRAM
When you visit the library, you will receive your Summer Reading Program bag with reading log, and your “I’m a Summer Reader” sticker: 
• Receive a “Saving, Sharing, Spending” bag for the young child – includes “Free Family Fun” handout and a PNC reading list
• Receive a “Spark a Reaction” bag for the school age child
 
During library visits, children will receive star stickers when they:
• share a favorite book,
• or, attend a program
• or, bring their program bag for their books
• and, a “Weekly Wow” for checking out 3 or more books!

Baby Storytime 
20 minute lapsit program for babies and their caregivers
Fridays at 10:30 a.m. 
 
Toddler Storytime
For walkers to age 3 and their caregivers
Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.

For children ages 3 – 5 and their caregivers
Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 a.m.

You can earn entries for weekly prize drawings by:
• Checking out 3 or more books
• Attending a library program
• Volunteering for Teen Leadership Corps (teen only)
 
Winners of weekly prizes remain eligible for the grand prize drawing on August 1st.
