Fuquay-Varina is located in southern Wake County, about 18 miles south of Raleigh, the state capital and county seat. We are situated at the southeastern tip of the Triangle Area.

401 Old Honeycutt Rd., Fuquay-Varina, NC, 27526 is both our mailing address and the location of the Town Hall.

Our latest population estimate is 10,300, and the current estimate including our urban service area is approximately 30,000. We draw visitors and shoppers from a nearby retail service area of over 60,000 people.

The corporate limit of the Town is currently over 8 square miles, and continuing to increase as we receive requests for annexation and for town services.

Our temperatures are moderate, generally ranging from a wintertime low in the 20's to a summer time high in the upper 80's to low 90's.
