Current Board of Adjustment Meeting Items
The Board of Adjustment of the Town of Fuquay-Varina will meet on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible in the Town Hall meeting room of the Town of Fuquay-Varina, to consider the following requests:
Petitions: BA-10-07 Request by Raymond & Arlene Vanesse for a special exception permit to build an accessory building that is larger than 900 square feet in a Residential 20 zoning district. The property is located at 505 Garber Ct in the Pear Meadow Subdivision. Click here for map.
BA-11-07 Request by Furlough Builders for a special exception permit to build a new clubhouse with parking on the site of the American Legion Post #116 located at 6400 Johnson Pond Rd in a Residential 30 and Residential 40 zoning district. Click here for map.
