Current Board of Adjustment Meeting Items

The Board of Adjustment of the Town of Fuquay-Varina will meet on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible in the Town Hall meeting room of the Town of Fuquay-Varina, to consider the following requests:

Petitions: BA-10-07 Request by Raymond & Arlene Vanesse for a special exception permit to build an accessory building that is larger than 900 square feet in a Residential 20 zoning district. The property is located at 505 Garber Ct in the Pear Meadow Subdivision. Click here for map.

BA-11-07 Request by Furlough Builders for a special exception permit to build a new clubhouse with parking on the site of the American Legion Post #116 located at 6400 Johnson Pond Rd in a Residential 30 and Residential 40 zoning district. Click here for map.

BA-12-07 Request by David Lane for a special exception permit to delay the paving of the parking lot for a period of up to three years on the site of a newly built church owned by Accumulated Resources of Kindred Spirits. The property is located at 1900 Stewart St in a Residential 10 zoning district. Click here for map.

BA-13-07 Request by CLH Design for a special exception to permit a school in Residential 40 zoning. The property consists od appoximately 44 acres owned by the Marguerite & Joseph Thorne Located at 2255 Herbert Akins Rd, North of its intersection with james Slaughter Rd.
