Assistant Town Manager

ASSISTANT TOWN MANAGER - Arthur Mouberry, P.E.

The Assistant Town Manager, at the direction of the Town Manager, assists with town administration, assists in the annual budget process, and has specific oversight of departments as assigned by the Town Manager. The Assistant Town Manager also serves in the Town Manager's absence.
